Short Break???

My wife want a "short break", citing stress ... drag me along to Genting Highland ... aiyo, where got rest and relax! As usual, arrived there 4am in the morning, took a queue number and was told we can check in only at 12noon! Wapian!

Dump the bags at the bell and went for breakfast lor, then into the casino to start donating again lor. haha. The next 2 days are as usual, late late night and waking up quite early. But strangely, I'm losing passion in all the games. I use to be so passionate over the games, carribean stud poker, 3-card poker, blackjack and 3 picture etc ... but now, nothing seems to stir my passion.

Maybe I got too pissed off with always losing already, what the hell, had 7 hands of thripples, a few hands of Doubles and 1 hand of straight that was not "played" by the banker! Damn it! Add 80% of this hands and I would have won back my RM1k easily! I actually a slight interest in Baccarrat, but did not play much as player of banker ... I always got the opposite! hahhaah!

Luckily Ace won back around half of my losses ... so it not too expensive a break this time.

End up watching 2 movies, 2 good one, a four-star for ANGELs & Demons and a 3 Star for Star-trek. :)The next time, maybe I should bring Edan along and we just have a whole day of fun at the theme park. That's sounds more like a short break than the Smoke filled casino...

One final luck though, we got a free upgrade to the coach's business class when coming back! haha! (ok ... then again the build in massage chair was not turn on or maybe spoil, the movies limited, my phone jack spoiled anyway ... but nonetheless, the generous leg space makes me happy already!)

Quickie trip to Sentosa

My brother manage to get hold of a few islander cards, so together, we brought Edan to Sentosa. It was a kinda ad-hoc thingy. In fact we went quite late, only managed to visit 2 of the free sites, the Tiger sky tower(used to be carlsberg tower I think ...) and the Images of Singapore Mueseum.

Took some pictures using my handphone ... nice progress for Resort World Sentosa! I'm just thinking, this interesting photo shows my past, present and future ... haha. On the top right hand corner, that's my past ... Brani Naval base, a place filled with memories. Of course Edan is my present and future... but I'm just hoping resort world sentosa becomes my future too ... as I held quite some shares of it! Please do well and may it's share price ... I'm not greedy ... $5 can liao! hahaha!
