The story of Facts, Perceptions and Trust ...
This was a pic capture in July 2003, using my then trusty Nikon 4300 PS camera. The trailing tail lights indicating car/cars passing by the beautiful Fullerton hotel?? Truth, facts or just perceived to be ...
Yesterday, a happy occasion was turned soured between my groups of friends in my workplace ... of course I was also involved. As usually the case, mis-communication always play a very big part in any unhappiness. Perharps one of the best lesson I've learn in life is to empathise and to see from another person's point of view. In life, we have to understand that not all human beings think alike or has the same beliefs, thus it's always better if we all can communicate effectively with one another ... well of course, sometime it hard to put across in words what we really meant.
Not wanting to divulge too much details, I only wanna conclude that yesterday's unhappiness was a consequence of mis-perception, mis-interpretation of facts or so call facts and the wrongful belief of the so call truth ...
People, when they are angry, always just sees the negative side of one another, they start to remember all the bad traits, the bad events ... and thus they start to form stories which they believed to be the truth, supported by the facts which they perceived to mean what it actually does not meant to be! And human beings, when challenged will immediately be put into a defensive mode that can be seems as hostile! It can really turn an event very very bad!
When I started to detach myself from the whole event of yesterday, I started to see why the actions & reactions of both groups, the minor little events all add up to explode into a full blown WAR. (wait wait, I'm not saying I'm not involve hor, detachment is a technic I use, that means I look thru whole event, including what I did too!! haha!)
In fact, I actually felt that yesterday events should be penned down to become a classical story for educating our younger generation. When I look back at it, it's really miraculous and of course very unlucky how so many other little small events had happened in the first place to become supporting "facts" of a perceived truth when war broke out! In fact, we should shoot a film of this event in the style of the National Geographic or izzit Discovery Channel 's "Seconds before Disaster"! hahaha!!!
Well, I just hope my friends; whether involved or not in yesterday case to have more trust in each other, to be more considerate of each other's feeling and be more patient in dealing with one another! Come on, WE ARE FRIENDS! Peace!
** aftermath; after hearing views from everyone, there are already calls made by parties involved( incuding myself) to clarify things. It seems ok liao, I just hope everyone forgive and forget and move on! Dun let the occasional thorn(argument) rob the Rose(friendship) off it's beauty!

hmm.. although was not there physically.. but looking at the situation.. the fact that its obvious. Unwanted people are always rejected by people around them. And they are pushed around.
In yesterday case, i personnally felt that the owner got to take ownership of his/her belonging and not pushing to some others..
Reason, that individual is not very welcome by some and hence, never throw ur rubbish into ur neighbour's backyard...that already spark aome miss understanding le.
people have pride, and it is depend on how much individual take up their pride. I learnt from all my mistake and i take pride as learning and not portraying.. when some instructions are passed to the same level, yes, again about those unwelcome individuals, nobody will want to lay down their pride to do it for you, me, him or her... "why not u do it urself!" theory will definitely surface.
This is what i called, "The Pride of Mankind and the Acceptance of UnWelcome Guest".
Let us sit down and put ourselves in the others shoes..and look at how things happened..
Dont jump the conclusion before even reading the content of the whole story..
We are human, our minds are often override by impulsiveness and we commit sin, mistakes, evils deeds and sometimes things that i can't even describe..What is That!!!
2005 is ending.. so let us not create war but accept peace.. Forgiving and Sharing.. the theme for me next year....
Merry Christmas!
