Doggy's Holiday ...
Aiya ... happy times always pass by extra fast!! My short break is over liao ... walao, really short ah! haha!
Overall, I think Krabi is a very nice place to relax in ... nice clean, original beach ... Nemo fishes you see when snorkelling, beautiful limestone caves and hill ... and most important gently swaying coconut trees! Of course, it was also a big bonus that it's the low season now and they wasn't really many people there.
Shopping and food wise, there's nothing to shout about ... in fact, when I went to Jurong West yesterday, I just realise that I kena chop for my pair of "MixStar made in Thailand" slippers ... the same thing is selling at 50Cents cheaper in Singapore!! Sales staffs there are no longer so willing to bargain with you anymore ... so still do but there are some who just turn and walk away if you try to bargain ... COME ON! We are not AngMos, quote so high price!!! Sigh ... this is a sign of our weakening S$ ... from media, it always seems our dollar is so strong, but bring it overseas and you realise it can only buy you peanuts ... haha!(or pancake ... delicious one, I will post a pic of the pancake store soon! haha!)
Engine really refuse to start after I come back. Poor Bro Sam have to go back to work early next morning after our arrival back in SG so late at night... my wife too ... Salute! It's only a short 3 days 3 nights ... but I really miss the relax mood of the place and my early morning swim in the pool that just outside my balcony!!!(AND with the roaring waves sound effect in the background! shiok ah!) I would wish to go back there for a 1 week stay ... too bad my wife does not really appreciate such nature ... we shall see and learn from the doggy that knows how to appreciate the tranquility of Ao Nang Beach!
Cheers
Nb- did not really shoot a lot of photos as planned cos really too troublesome and risky to bring my weapon especially on the kayaking and island tours .... but this is one of the photo that I like a lot that was taken with my D70 ... most other shots were made with my compact HP camera... haha! :)
