Ending my Navy's career
After 10 long years, I've finally gotten back my Pink IC 2 days back, on the 9th of May 2006. It's really a mixed feeling event, from the moment I alighted from my cab, meeting Nigel outside provost ... showing the RP my pass of the last time ... walking past the HQ building and taking a walk down the road that I've taken for so many years.
As a approached the carpark, I heard one of the MCV piping attention ... such a familiar sound, it seems extra soothing and nice today ... the rest were just procedural, surrendering my Isac card, factory worker clocking machine card and my ID tag ... to finally packing my things, saying goodbyes and going home in the white lancer whose owner will also be repeating my above procedures next year's july! haha!
Ok, it's all over for the navy phase, thank you all my friends for the well wishes. Take care of youselves! Now it's time for me to move on to the next phase of my life! Cheers!
